Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

For new clients, I am happy to offer a complimentary, 15-minute ‘fit’ call to help you explore your options, get a better sense of me and how I work, and feel confident before booking a full session together.

Waitlist

If you don’t see availability that matches your schedule, it is recommended that you book the first available appointment that does work for you and then add yourself to the waitlist for your preferred times.

Cancellation Policy

Stuff happens, I totally get it! Unfortunately though, when you cancel within the 24-hr window or don’t show up to your appointment, it means another client could have benefited from this time that was reserved just for you. So please note, any appointments cancelled with less than 24-hrs notice will be charged in full for the reserved time slot. Thank you for your understanding 💛

If you or a loved one are in crisis: Call 911, Good2Talk (1-866-925-5454), Mental Health Helpline (1-866-531-2600), Crisis Services Canada (1-833-456-4566), or go to your local hospital emergency room.
